Paired up with Imran Khan in Break ke Baad, Deepika is not so happy with its fate at the box office and the reviews. She plays the role of a career oriented and ambitious girl. Her character in the film named Aaliya does not believe in the concept of marriage. But Deepika says she is opposite to Aaliya and does not mind talking openly about her personal relation as well. She says unlike the character in the film, who does not value relations; she is more serious about the relations. She does not like the idea of break up and would instead find a way to get things working again. Imran was a great co-star to work with and both of them got along very well with each other. But above all the critical reviews and opinions, she says it was a learning experience to work with Danish, the Director and they had lot of fun in the sets.

And at last putting an end to the suspense it was announced that Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor who will be sharing the screen with Amir Khan in his one of his upcoming Bollywood movies. The film is a suspense thriller. The threesome is coming together on screen for the first time. Both these actresses and Amir have tasted success when worked together. Rani has acted with Amir in her maiden Bollywood film Ghulam and Kareena was Amir’s co-star in the hit film 3 Idiots. The much talked about film ‘No One Killed Jessica’ starring Rani and Vidya Balan will also be releasing next year.

With Amitabh’s mesmerizing performance as an anchor, the show is all set to get high TRPs (Television Rating Points) again. The simple questions and the life lines helped the first Crorepati; a 37 year old housewife hit her mark. She decided to try her luck with just three rupees in her mobile for the initial SMS entry question. KBC has been targeting family audience and is a tough competitor for any other prime time show. KBC is a hit from the first season in 2000 and since then the magic has never faded. The show is aired on Sony Channel and Bollywood news has that Aishwarya and Abhishek might join Amitabh Bachchan for an episode.
If its Amir Khan’s Production film, then it certainly has some special eagerness attached to it. This time the excitement is more as his wife Kiran Rao has put on the Director’s hat for the first time for one of the upcoming Bollywood movies. The film named as Dhobi Ghat has been premiered in the Toronto International film festival and London film festival. The star cast includes actor Raj Babbar and Smita Patil’s son Prateik Babbar, Monica Dogra and Kriti Malhotra apart from Amir himself. The film revolves essentially around these four people and how their lives bring them together and how certain events separate them. The script is also by Kiran Rao. The soundtrack has been composed by Gustavo Santaolalla. The film is set to release in India on 21st January. The film is jointly produced by Amir and Kiran.
SRK’s home production, Ra.One will be released next year. But the release date is uncertain as there are new Bollywood releases of him planned for next year. Ra.One is eagerly awaited as the special effects used in the film are already in the news. As per the initial plan the film was supposed to come out in June 2011. But the special effects for the film are taking lot of time. And the release date might push to the later months of next year. But it would then coincide with the release of Farhan Akhtar’s Don 2 which stars Shahrukh Khan. The two releases can not be released within a shorter period which will then affect its marketing strategy and promotions. The new Bollywood release is awaited for its VFX which would be at par or better than the Tamil super hit (dubbed) film Robot.
